The sushi was great but what was super disappointing was the ube boba drink I got. Never in my life have I gotten one this bad and I’ve tried many places. It’s like they just blended water and ice and put a little ube powder and boba. It tasted like shaved ice with a bad consistency.

Waited over 20minutes for someone to take my order. Other people came in & their order was taken soon as they sat down. They need to do better in regards to staffing & communication.

I had a delivery at sams club.. they sell sushi so does the Vons.. l specifically chose to Visit this restaurant and knew l was gonna spend twice as much.. It was a to go order.. The spicy tuna had no flavor. The tuna slices on the outside were the thickness of a dime. The spicy edamame was ok. The 2pc yellow tail sushi was ok. The mens restroom smells terrible.

We were greeted and told to sit anywhere as a group of three. A few minutes later, another group arrived, and while it was fine that she took their drink order first, she then took their full food order and went to the back—even though we had been seated earlier and the restaurant was otherwise empty. Only after a third party walked in did she finally take our order, at the same time as theirs. This made us feel overlooked and unnecessarily delayed. When there are only a few tables, service should be fair and attentive to all guests, especially those seated first. Tipping reflects the quality of service, and in this case, the lack of attention made it hard to feel that it was earned.

Very impressed with this place! Customer service from Kristen/Kirsten was exceptional. She was so warm and friendly, and was even nice enough to bring me an assortment of sauces to try without me even asking. I usually order food to-go, but was glad I dined in, since she added such nice energy to the restraunt. The food was a great portion, the menu had lots of cooked options which I appreciate, and everything was delicious!
